'Tom has set up and run the sound for our jam sessions - this involves ensuring multiple musicians - guitars, vocals, piano, cajon are plugged in and mic’d up and the number and nature of musicians change each song. It is a very busy and stressful evening and Tom, from the first night he worked with us, handled it professionally, calmly, enthusiastically and preempted difficulties and remedies. He was only 16 when he started with us and his maturity, social skills and intuition are incredible. 

Tom also supports our sound engineer on signed bands. He is incredibly helpful, calm and professional. Our sound engineer was able to hand charge of the desk to Tom  which he ran without requiring much if any support. Tom is a brilliant addition to our team.'

I know that he can handle whatever I ask of him, and recently he mixed a complex band comprising electronic and acoustic percussion as well as a drum kit and other instruments. It sounded great.
